Who we are
- This site is operated by C25 - City of Praise (C25.NYC) for the Woman, You Are Healed ministry of Apostle Abraham G. Owoo. Questions about this policy go to womanyouarehealed@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Event registration: your name, email address, country, and any prayer request you choose to write.
- Volunteering, cell groups and the Movement Hub: your name, email, phone and city.
- Orders: your name, email, phone, shipping address, and the items and quantity you asked for.
- Contact messages: whatever you choose to write to us.
- Prayer chat on the Watch page: the display name and prayer message you post.
Why we use it
- To confirm your registration and send you the event details and calendar invitation.
- To reply to your questions and to contact you about serving or hosting a circle of women.
- To prepare your order, arrange delivery, and confirm payment.
- To pray for the requests you share and to keep a record of who asked us to follow up.
Payments
- Orders and giving are completed on PayPal. We receive your name, address and what you ordered, but card and bank details stay with PayPal and are never stored on this site.
The public prayer chat
- Prayer messages posted on the Watch page are visible to every visitor and are stored so they can be shown live. Please do not post medical records, addresses, or anything you would not want a stranger to read. The chat is moderated and messages can be removed.
Who sees your details
- We do not sell or rent your information. It is seen by the ministry team and by the services that carry it for us: our website hosting and database, our email delivery service, and PayPal.
How long we keep it
- Registrations, sign-ups and orders are kept until the ministry no longer needs them, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
- You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the details you have given us. Write to womanyouarehealed@gmail.com from the address you used and tell us what you would like.
- Confirmation and notification emails include an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops those emails but you can still register and order.
Children
- This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
